About The Project
Located in the heart of downtown Athens, the Athens Gameday Condos were designed as home bases for three families whose traditions revolve around Saturdays in Sanford Stadium. While each residence celebrates the spirit of Georgia football, every home reflects the personality, lifestyle, and memories of the family who gathers there.
Black Sheep Interiors designed each condo as a distinct experience, blending curated memorabilia with refined furnishings, thoughtful layouts, and custom details that feel collected rather than themed. The result is a series of spaces that capture the excitement of game day without sacrificing comfort or sophistication.
Whether hosting friends before kickoff or unwinding after a weekend in Athens, these residences were designed to become part of each family’s tradition—places where memories are made season after season and shared across generations.
