About The Project
Heirloom Drama was designed as a forever home for a couple who had already fallen in love with life at Lake Oconee. Created as the place where they would put down permanent roots, the residence reflects a lifetime of collecting, traveling, and surrounding themselves with pieces that hold meaning.
Though newly constructed, the home carries the character of a century-old estate. Carefully layered antiques, timeless architectural details, and rich natural materials create an atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, and gracefully lived in, where every room tells part of the homeowners’ story.
The result is a residence that honors the past while embracing modern living—a home that feels as though it has evolved over generations, yet was thoughtfully designed to serve this one for years to come.
