About The Project
Howell's Grove was envisioned as a lasting family retreat—a place where generations can gather, celebrate, and create traditions for years to come. Designed for a family from St. Louis, every detail reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, comfort, and a home that will continue to evolve alongside the people who fill it.
Reclaimed French flooring anchors the residence with a sense of history, while thoughtful planning ensures every generation has a place to call their own. Three custom bunkrooms with adjoining suites were designed to welcome children today and grandchildren in the years ahead, creating spaces that encourage families to return together season after season.
At the heart of the lower level, a custom Irish pub—furnished with antiques sourced from around the world—feels as though it has existed for generations. The result is a home that balances timeless character with the warmth and livability of a true family legacy.
