About The Project
Originally envisioned as a vacation home and future legacy property, Lake Manor was designed to bring generations of family together on the shores of Lake Oconee. So thoughtfully tailored to the way the family lives, the home ultimately became their primary residence—a testament to the life they found within its walls.
The estate unfolds as a family compound, anchored by a main residence, a separate gym and office, and a pool pavilion that expands the home’s spaces for gathering, recreation, and everyday living. Each structure was designed to function independently while contributing to a cohesive experience across the property.
Created as a place to reconnect, celebrate, and slow down, Lake Manor balances timeless design with effortless livability, ensuring the home will continue to serve the family for generations to come.
