About The Project
Maison Blue was designed as a full-time family home after the homeowners traded the pace of Miami for the slower rhythm of life at Lake Oconee. Created for a family with three sons and five dogs, the residence balances timeless elegance with the warmth and durability needed for everyday living.
Rooted in traditional architecture, the home is enriched with classic Chinoiserie influences, layered millwork, and a refined palette of crisp neutrals accented by deep blues and warm golds. Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create a home that feels sophisticated without sacrificing comfort.
The result is a residence that embraces gracious Southern living while reflecting the family’s own personality—a place where timeless design, relaxed lake life, and everyday moments come together beautifully.
