About The Project
Designed as a family retreat on Lake Oconee, Modern Lake Oasis reimagines contemporary lake living with a balance of bold architecture and everyday comfort. Striking rooflines, clean geometry, and expansive walls of glass create a dramatic presence while framing the surrounding landscape at every turn.
Black Sheep Interiors softened the home’s architectural precision with layered textures, warm natural materials, and thoughtfully curated furnishings. Every interior decision was made to complement the home’s strong lines without sacrificing warmth, creating spaces that feel inviting as well as visually refined.
The result is a vacation home that is distinctly modern yet effortlessly livable—a place where family gathers, memories are made, and the beauty of the lake remains the focal point throughout the home.
