The Neary Ridge Residence was designed as a primary home that balances contemporary architecture with the warmth and comfort of Southern living. Expansive glass, soaring ceilings, and exposed timber beams create a sense of openness, while natural materials and thoughtful detailing ensure the home feels inviting at every scale.
Every space was designed to celebrate the surrounding landscape, filling the home with natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. Clean architectural lines are softened through layered textures, warm finishes, and furnishings that encourage both everyday living and effortless entertaining.
The result is a residence that feels refined without sacrificing comfort—a timeless home where modern design, natural beauty, and gracious living come together in perfect balance.
