About The Project
When The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee sought to create a signature lakefront residence for its guests, they partnered with Black Sheep Interiors to bring the vision to life. Designed as one of the resort’s premier accommodations, the Lake House offers a private retreat that reflects the warmth of Southern hospitality with the elevated experience guests expect from The Ritz-Carlton.
Inspired by the surrounding shoreline and Georgia pines, the home blends natural materials, layered textures, and refined details to create a sense of effortless comfort. Every space was designed to feel both sophisticated and inviting, encouraging guests to slow down, gather together, and fully experience life on the lake.
Spanning three stories with four bedrooms and expansive gathering spaces, the Lake House is designed for families and friends to reconnect in an environment that feels as memorable as the destination itself.
